Our efforts don’t end once you've made your design decisions; we provide customer care throughout the life of your project. Each client is assigned a designer who also acts as a project manager to insure a smooth process. Our in-house remodeling and installation teams coordinate every aspect of your project. We give careful consideration to every phase, every detail. You will be updated on all project activities, contacted for approvals, and kept informed of deliveries and scheduled installations.
While we are a division of a remodeling firm, we are also a stand-alone company. We work extensively with architects and builders in the area producing outstanding results with our “client first” approach.
Your investment is our concern. We will work diligently with you to select quality products at competitive prices in order to best meet your budget requirements. We will keep you informed of any overage costs associated with your project and obtain an approval before such fees are incurred.
If you have a deadline, we’ll do our best to meet it. At the onset of any project, we identify a time frame for concept to completion. We will work collaboratively with you, all vendors involved, and the entire architectural and construction team to insure that your finished space is delivered on time.
